PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains how TNY POD Factory, operated by TNY LLC ("TNY POD Factory", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, stores, and protects information when authorized users access the TNY POD Factory platform and connect supported marketplace or social-media accounts.

TNY POD Factory is a print-on-demand operations platform designed to help authorized users prepare, manage, schedule, and publish product listings and related media.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Account Information

When you use TNY POD Factory, we may process:

• Your email address
• Your Firebase user identifier
• Account and organization identifiers
• Your role and access permissions within an organization
• Account status and authentication-related information
• Timestamps associated with account and application activity

Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication. TNY POD Factory does not store users' raw passwords in its application databases.

Product and Listing Information

When you use the platform, we may store and process information that you create, configure, or upload, including:

• Product information
• SKU information
• Listing titles and descriptions
• Tags and listing settings
• Pricing and inventory configuration
• Product variations
• Marketplace configuration
• Listing publication schedules
• Artwork files
• Product images
• Mockup images
• Listing videos
• File names and asset metadata
• Publication status
• Operation history

2. ETSY INTEGRATION

Users may connect an Etsy shop through Etsy's official OAuth authorization process.

TNY POD Factory currently requests only the Etsy permissions required to read and manage shop listings.

Depending on the action initiated by the user, TNY POD Factory may read:

• Etsy user identifiers
• Etsy shop identifiers
• Shop name
• Listing information
• Listing titles and descriptions
• Tags
• Taxonomy and category information
• Prices and quantities
• Variations and SKUs
• Shipping profiles
• Return policies
• Shop sections
• Production partner information
• Materials
• Personalization settings
• Listing images
• Listing videos
• Listing publication status

TNY POD Factory may create and update Etsy listings on behalf of the connected shop, including:

• Creating draft listings
• Updating listing information
• Configuring prices, quantities and variations
• Uploading listing images and videos
• Configuring personalization
• Publishing listings immediately
• Publishing listings at a user-scheduled future time

TNY POD Factory does not currently request access to Etsy buyer orders, buyer addresses, private buyer messages, or buyer payment information through this integration.

We do not ask for or store users' Etsy passwords.

Etsy OAuth access and refresh credentials are stored securely on the server using Google Cloud Secret Manager and are not exposed to other users or to the browser.

If a user disconnects an Etsy shop, TNY POD Factory disables the connection so that it can no longer be used by the application.

3. PINTEREST INTEGRATION

TNY POD Factory is developing an internal Pinterest integration for TNY LLC's authorized business operations.

This integration is not currently available as a general feature for TNY POD Factory users.

When enabled for TNY LLC's internal operations, authorized Pinterest Business accounts may be connected through Pinterest's official OAuth authorization process.

The planned integration may allow TNY POD Factory to:

• Read information necessary to identify an authorized Pinterest account
• Read Pinterest boards
• Create and manage boards
• Read Pins
• Create and manage Pins
• Publish product-related images or videos
• Add Pin titles, descriptions, and destination links
• Schedule product-related Pinterest publishing workflows
• Read performance and analytics information made available through the Pinterest API

Pinterest information will be used only for TNY LLC's authorized content publishing, scheduling, management, and organic performance-analysis operations.

TNY POD Factory will access only Pinterest accounts explicitly authorized through Pinterest OAuth.

TNY POD Factory does not request or store Pinterest account passwords.

Pinterest OAuth credentials, when this internal integration is enabled, will be stored securely on protected server-side infrastructure.

Authorized Pinterest connections may be disconnected when they are no longer required, after which TNY POD Factory will stop using that connection to access Pinterest data.

4. MOCKUP AND MEDIA PROCESSING

TNY POD Factory can automatically create product mockups from artwork and source mockup files supplied or selected by authorized users.

Mockup processing is performed using server-side infrastructure and image-processing software.

The current production-v2 mockup system does not send artwork or mockup images to external generative AI providers.

Uploaded and generated media may be stored in Cloudflare R2 and processed through TNY POD Factory's Google Cloud infrastructure.

5. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use information only as reasonably necessary to operate and provide TNY POD Factory, including to:

• Authenticate users
• Maintain user and organization accounts
• Apply access permissions
• Manage products and SKUs
• Prepare marketplace listings
• Create and update marketplace listings
• Schedule future listing publication
• Generate and manage product mockups
• Store and deliver product media
• Connect authorized marketplace and social-media accounts
• Perform user-requested publishing actions
• Display operation and publication history
• Protect platform security
• Diagnose technical problems
• Prevent unauthorized access and abuse

We do not sell users' personal information.

6. SERVICE PROVIDERS AND INFRASTRUCTURE

TNY POD Factory currently uses service providers and infrastructure including:

Google Firebase Authentication

Used for user authentication and password-management functions.

Google Cloud Platform

Including Cloud Run, Firestore, Secret Manager, Cloud Tasks, IAM, and Cloud Logging for application hosting, data storage, credential protection, background operations, security, and technical logging.

Cloudflare R2

Used for storage of artwork, mockups, listing images, videos, and related media files.

Etsy Open API

Used for Etsy shop and listing operations explicitly authorized by the connected Etsy user.

Pinterest API

When the internal Pinterest integration is enabled for TNY LLC's authorized business operations, the Pinterest API may be used for OAuth-authorized Pin, board, publishing, and analytics functionality.

These providers may process information according to their own applicable privacy and security policies.

7. TECHNICAL LOGS

For security, reliability, diagnostics, and troubleshooting purposes, our infrastructure may automatically record technical information including:

• IP address
• Browser and user-agent information
• HTTP request method
• Request path
• Request timestamps
• Response status
• Response latency
• Technical request and trace identifiers
• Relevant product, store, listing, asset, or operation identifiers

Under the current Google Cloud logging configuration, application logs are generally retained for up to 30 days.

TNY POD Factory does not intentionally place user passwords or marketplace OAuth access tokens into application logs.

8. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

Application data is primarily stored in Google Firestore.

Media files are primarily stored in Cloudflare R2.

Marketplace OAuth credentials are stored server-side using protected credential storage such as Google Cloud Secret Manager.

TNY POD Factory uses technical safeguards designed to protect information, including:

• Authenticated user sessions
• Role-based access controls
• Server-side credential storage
• HTTPS
• CSRF protection
• Restricted service-to-service access

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. However, we take reasonable technical measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

9. DATA RETENTION

Account, product, listing, schedule, media, and operational information may be retained while an account remains active or while reasonably necessary to provide the service.

Technical logs may be retained according to infrastructure logging policies.

Some information may remain temporarily in:

• Backups
• System logs
• Credential version history
• Security records
• Operational infrastructure records

where retention is reasonably necessary for security, continuity, troubleshooting, or legal compliance.

10. ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION REQUESTS

TNY POD Factory does not currently provide a fully automated self-service account deletion function.

Users may request:

• Information about data associated with their account
• Correction of account information
• Deletion of specific stored data
• Disconnection of marketplace integrations
• Closure of their account
• Deletion of account-related information

Requests will be handled within a reasonable period, subject to legitimate security, backup, operational, and legal-retention requirements.

11. THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNTS

Connecting supported third-party services is optional and requires authorization through the applicable third party's official authorization process.

TNY POD Factory users may connect supported Etsy shops where the platform provides that functionality.

The planned Pinterest integration is currently intended for TNY LLC's internal authorized business operations and is not represented as a generally available user feature.

TNY POD Factory does not require users or authorized operators to provide third-party account passwords.

Supported connections may be disconnected when access is no longer required.

12. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

TNY POD Factory is a business operations platform and is not intended for children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the service.

13. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy when TNY POD Factory's functionality, integrations, infrastructure, or legal requirements change.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page identifies the latest revision.
